Scheduled Network Maintenance [06/19/2010]

Squiggout Engineers will be performing a software upgrade on the master backend router for the sea01 data center.
During this maintenance, customers will not have access to backend services (DNS, updates, NAS, iSCSI, etc). Customers are advised to disconnect any NAS or iSCSI mounts they may have as the connections for those mounts will be severed while the router reboots. Server to server traffic within a local vlan will not be impacted, however traffic between vlans or data centers on the private network will be impacted. Public network services will continue to function as normal. While this maintenance window is set for 4 hours, we expect no longer than 10 – 15 minutes of downtime.
Again, public network services will continue to function normally.
